The JC Transmission difference
We remanufacture and repair transmissions. Refurbishing a transmission involves replacing defective parts only, unlike remanufacturing a transmission, which involves taking it apart and carrying out a full inspection. All clutch parts and gaskets, etc. are replaced with new.
We also inspect all other parts and machine them if necessary. The end result is a transmission in like-new condition with all the latest modifications. We finish by installing the transmission on our dynamometer to run a simulated test drive.
